It is on the third and top floor of a very recent building with lift and garage, it has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, the two single beds, on request and at no additional cost, can be joined together and become a double bed.

There are 2 terraces with splendid views of the Basilica and Assisi, a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate 6 guests. There are two bathrooms, one with shower, and a second bathroom with Jacuzzi and double sink. Access to the garage is by lift. In front of the building there are also free parking spaces.

Just meters away there are restaurants, bars and commercial activities. There is a supermarket and a small shopping center very close by. Guests can access the building and arrive at the apartment entrance from the main door using the lift. In front of the building there is a small garden with benches and a parking space. A small gate allows access to the driveway that leads to the main door of the building. The lift takes you directly to both the apartment floor and the garage. Access to the garage is through an electric gate that opens by remote control (available to guests).
